Atenea is a female dog that arrived to our shelter yesterday night. When Alberto and Ana were driving to the shelter they found her on their way. They stopped the car to see if she was ok and she jump into the car!!!! It seems that somehow she knew that her life could change a lot if she approached to these two people. Now Atenea is in our shelter and she gets on well with all the other dogs as you can see in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n2q6e0JqFHo. He is also very good with people http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FthEeTneW6I. Although she is a young dog, she is obedient and calm. Because of her body we think that she might have given birth recently. So Ana and Alberto will look now for her babies just in case that they are abandoned somewhere close to the way of the shelter. Atenea is around 3 years old and 50 cm. She might be a mixture of Dalmatian and Pointer. What do you think? Anyway, whatever she is, she deserves a happy destiny in the best hands.
